2024 Bartholomew County Fair

Our gig at the Bartholomew County Fair is at 7 p.m. Thursday, June 27, at the fairgrounds south of Columbus on State Road 11.

We’ll be in the David Boll Theater, attached to the 4-H Community Building on the southwest end of the fairgrounds. It’s under a roof and in the shade, but we strongly recommend bringing or purchasing some water.

Parking

Parking passes have been handed out at rehearsal. They get you in free to the lot close to the theater area. These are NONTRANSFERABLE — for band members only . If you don’t have one, show up for loading at CMS and see if you can share a ride.

To get to these luxury parking spots: If heading to the fairgrounds on State Road 11, take the south entrance on County Road 200 South, then turn right (north) onto Southside Drive (right before Southside Elementary School). Present your pass at the south gate, the one closest to the performing area.

Finding us at the fairgrounds

Here is a pdf map of the fairgrounds. We’re in the David Boll Theater, labeled “L” on the lower left side. (There’s an image of a lit cigarette there, but please, don’t actually smoke!) The luxury parking spots are just to the left of the theater, off the map.

Here’s a map to find the fairgrounds themselves: Google map.
