Details for the Feb. 11 concert

During the 2023 In Love with the Arts concert, images of student art were displayed above the band.

Here are the details for our concert at 2 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 11, at the Commons, 300 Washington St., in Columbus. In addition to loading equipment, we do need some extra hands setting up the student art exhibition, so please consider getting to the Commons early to help out.

WHEN TO BE WHERE
Art setup: Arrive at Commons at 11:45 a.m.
Loading crew: Load trailer at Central Middle School at 12:30 p.m.
Band in seats: 1:30 p.m.
Concert begins: 2 p.m.
Reload: Help reload the trailer and unload at the school.
Art teardown: Help take down art exhibition starting at 3:15 p.m.

WHAT TO WEAR
Women: Black pants/skirts, tops, hose/socks/tights and shoes.
Men: Black pants, jackets, socks, ties and shoes with white shirt.

PARKING
Street-side parking is available, as well as plenty of free parking in the garage just north of the Commons.

FOLDERS
BE SURE to return your folders to the tubs after the concert. If you must miss the concert, bring yours back Monday or have a friend drop it off for you.
